June 27th

This has been a very busy month. Fishing has continued to improve with many limit catches. This past weekend we caught a 30 fish limit and 2 20 fish limits. Tuesday was the same with a 20 fish limit we missed an additional 40 fish. The kings we are catching are mostly males. Which means that the bigger females have not arrived yet. I expect we are going to have a great July and August.

June 2nd

Weather has been an issue but fishing remains very good. We need a week of stable weather to get the fish active again. The large kings are in the area and the cohos are getting bigger.

May 5th

The season started out with a bang. Great fishing and great company. Larger than average Kings for the spring with a few  close to 20 pounds. The Coho are still south and should head north with the warmer weather. We are looking forward to another great season.

We started out the weekend strong with a limit catch on Friday and a great catch on Saturday morning. A cold front came through Saturday  afternoon and the fishing really slowed down. Not to mention the 7 foot waves we fished in on Saturday afternoon. All in all a great weekend. The Coho are not here in great numbers yet but they should arrive any time.

June fishing report.

double trouble

Fishing this June has been outstanding. June is normally a transition month with the Coho moving out and the Kings starting to move in. With all the bait in front of Kenosha I guess the coho desided to stay around and they are much bigger than normal. The Steelhead and Kings are starting to move into the area and if the weather keeps up we should have a great July.
